There were not ripe and ended up going bad before they could be eaten.

Perfect sweetness and firmness

Once we let them ripen for a few days, they were perfect.

Usually pretty good. This time absolutely no sweetness and they went from not rip to shriveled up

Several were not good. Previously, they were great!
