This is my 3rd time purchasing these nectarines from my local Sam's club and the 3rd time they were not up to par. I had at least 2-3 rotten nectarines in the bag (mold) and several others were mealy. If the nectarine was decent, it had to be eaten within 2 days or it would be past it's prime. I thought I must have just grabbed an older bag but 3 times in a row? This isn't the quality I expect from Sam's. Won't purchase again.

I bought these in store yesterday and every single one was rotten near the seed!! Not edible! I was leery of purchasing so I asked the produce employee if they were good and she told me "excellent, we can't keep them in stock!" I was extremely disappointed as I wanted to put them in a fruit salad I was making for a get together.

Previously purchased nectarines from Sam's and they were sweet and juicy - truly filled with nectar. THIS time, every "nectar"ine had a damp sponge-like texture and tasted terrible. If Sam's is buying from a different producer than a few months ago, PLEASE switch back! We ended up wasting our money AND the time it took to cut into every single disappointing piece of fruit trying to find one that was edible.
