I would prefer the hard diced carrots were omitted, but product is very delicious

I bought this product initially at ACME but unfortunately, when it was gone, they did not restock. So I went on line and am very happy, to say the least!

This has been a favorite of mine for many years. used to bring it back on trips to NOLA. Found out I could buy it on internet from Walmart and at a good price.

I stopped eating it maybe about halfway through the jar. Too many whole olive pits and pieces of pits. While chewing your food and then you bite down on a pit is not a comfortable situation. (in the picture the teaspoon is there for perspective.)

Family loves it. We mix with pasta and grilled chicken or steak parmasen cheese for a great dinner or mix with cream cheese for bagels. It has a slight oregano kick to it just in case you don't like that spice.

Like I said...I love this stuff, but they have to ship it to me and half of the oil drains out. So, if I want olive salad, I have to buy a brand that is on the shelf.

An excellent and delicious addition to an appitizer or meal. Loaded with flavor. We have been using this product for several years as a snack with crackers or on a sandwich. We always serve Boscoli Italian Salad at parties.
