great emergency meal package

Good value and variety. I would add a bottle of vitamin C to it as it's low on that.

The products label is misleading. On the front (what you see in the picture) it says 124 servings, and on the back, it says enough food for 7 days. That's 21 five course meals. Who needs 5 courses, 3 times a day, to survive?

At *best*, use this to supplement other long-term food storage (i.e. canned or freeze-dried meats and fats). As of April 2022, you can get this at another big-box "cost" company store for $55.

Purchase this item at Cosco. It’s half the price. Very over priced here. Good item to keep on hand.
