This review is for the Fishkill, NY Sam's Club tire installation service department. Besides the deal I got on 4 new tires, I was expecting the worst -- scratched wheels, improperly balanced tires, a long wait and the rest -- but I was pleasantly surprised. The two gentlemen running the tire department worked together as a team and did an excellent job installing my tires. I was most impressed that one torqued the wheel lugs and the other performed a torque check. This is the proper way to tighten wheel lugs. Kudos!
