What first caught my attention was the packaging. It's completely clear so you can easily view the contents. It comes in a resealable 16oz container so plenty of product for your family. I like that it comes with a variety of greens. The product is also sustainably grown with no pesticides. The greens are ready to eat right out of the container. I was impressed at how fresh the product looked and tasted! It was delicious. This made the best tasting salad I've had in awhile. The greens were so tender, crisp, and full of flavor. I highly recommend and I'll definitely be purchasing again!

The only issue that I have is that the package says it is resealable but it doesn't want to stay closed now that I've opened it. It doesn't really reseal completely.

It turned out to be crunchy but not too crunchy and was not overly watery and was not spongy at all. I loved the crunch and consistency upon eating. I also liked the fact it wasn't overly watery. A few of the pieces were more bitter than I anticipated or like. Overall, I really enjoyed the spring mix.

I was pleased to see that the baby greens in the container were very clean. The assorted types of lettuce were crisp and I didn't find any wilted pieces in the container. The container says it's resealable but it doesn't reseal well so I wrapped what was left in plastic wrap.
