I received product reimbursement in exchange for my review. I really loved these greens. they were so light and fresh and I also love that they are grown locally. I would definitely continue purchasing and using them to feed my family nutritious meals.

I should eat more greens, but I don't. However, when I buy this, I go through it in a day or so because it is so crispy and mild flavored That I just become more inspired to eat salad. I don't know how some people can't let this stuff sit in their fridge longer than that because I go through it so quickly. Maybe it does spoil that quickly, but it doesn't sit in my fridge long enough for it to go bad.. At least take it home and put some effort into making a bombass salad (add some spinach or arugula for that bitterness you're used to and for something a little more substantial??) and you'll get what you paid for!

All of the pieces looked fresh- there were no pieces that were brown or looked bad. The lettuce was crisp and tasted great. The price was great for mixed lettuce.

My kids, however, only would eat it with dressing. It is not at all bitter and is sweet tasting. I did enjoy it. My only suggestion would be that it could be sold in a package that was resealable package. It was too much for a family of five to eat all at one time and it would be nice to have a package that could keep it fresh.

Looking through the package before opening, the product looks green and fresh. Upon opening the product, the lettuce feels crisp and fresh. There is a good mix between the different colors of lettuce. After tasting lettuce, it is fresh, crisp, and good taste.
