The only negative abt this item is that it's about longer than a regular dumbbell.

These are great and easy to use. Very well built.

Awesome set of dumbbells

We purchased for my sons birthday gift.  We like that the weights can be adjust led by 2.5 pounds.

They are quick and easy to speed up any work out!

Fake generic brand that is trying to pose as Bowflex, beware that it won't be easy to return and deal with all of that as they're very heavy!

You can see the box is labeled as plain Dumbbell and the red plastic on the actual dumbbell has no Bowflex brand.

These things are a great replacement for a dumbbell set. Very easy to select the weight amount. There is even a guide in the owners book to show off weights that are not on the dial.

Only problem is that no matter how much weight you need (5lbs or 40lbs) the dumbbell is the same size. So that could interfere with certain workouts, but isnt enough of a problem to complain or not use them.
