This dumbbell set is absolutely fantastic. They save alot of space and are great to have in your workout arsenal. The dials are smoot and easy to rotate

I love how easy these are to use! What a difference it makes to not have to have several different sets of dumbbells. I have a tiny corner of a room dedicated to working out, and this was the perfect solution for that small space.

Good quality. Space saver vs racks of weights. Easy to use/understand. Might want to stop and think twice about possibly getting the heavier set as the 50lb set might get too light in short order

I have wanted these for awhile so when I saw the great deal (I bought them for $250), I purchased them. They shipped and arrived quickly and they are very good quality.

I recently started doing the 21 Day Fix. I realized quickly that I would be upping my weights. I went from 3#, 5#, to 8#. I realized that every few weeks I would keep upping my weights and spending my money. On top of that I don't have the room we for a home gym or a tower of weights. This is an excellent solution! The weights are wider than my frame, initially there was some awkwardness. After some tweaking I've learned how to do different exercises that are best for me. I've had these about a month and am already up to 15#. It's easy to switch out to "lighter weights" with the adjustments. I love these weights and these have been a great asset to my fitness journey!

Ok, i bought these dumbbells along with the bowflex stand in 8/2015... Before i purchased this product i thought the weights would be cast iron. Unfortunately the weights are actually cheap plastic, and i think the weights are cement filled weights. These are not good because if they are dropped they will break. Cast Iron is the best to go with when looking for quality and in my opinion a better workout. The handles of the dumbbells are made from plastic and is also very cheap and will break easily if dropped. I am not disappointed with the purchase because the item holds its value if you ever want to resell it. But i am disappointed with the quality and cheap materials used to make this product. So if you decide to buy these dumbbells i recommend not dropping them because it will break and will definitely lose value. As for the stand itself i recommend it. The stand is great quality including all nuts and bolts. After i assembled the stand i immediately put both weights on it and i even shook the weights when they were on the stand and it held perfect with no wobble or shaking. I also sat on the dumbbells when they were on the stand and it held up perfect. I weigh 190 lbs. Hope this information helps

These weights work great for my exercise program. I would recommend reading the owners manual to perform the operational safety check on the weights before use. It does not take long. Although, I am not using the heavier weight, it is nice to adjust quickly and easily. I would recommend for ease of use, price and quality.

I picked one up in the store. Half the plates fell off, and one smashed my foot. One of the plates broke when it hit the floor. Honestly, as someone with over a decade of gym experience, I couldn't imagine actually using this bulky garbage to work out with.

These are really nice!! The selection dial is very smooth working and makes for fast weight changes. They are working great for a lot of the 21 day fix work out exercises. However we still prefer standard dumbbell on some of the workout movements (Because of bar length) the bar length of these adjustable dumbbells is always the same, no mater what weight you are using. I also got the stand that is made for these- I definitely recommend getting it. Makes for a lot easier use.

This item is not a great product. The weights are very precise and after a few months stopped aligning correctly. Both are jammed and I cannot seem to fix. I will be contacting the manufacturer as they are very expensive. I wish I purchased the competitors!
