This is a very good quality product. I bought it for my husband and high school football player. They have loved the ease in changing weights but also how solid the Bowflex Dumbbells felt. We will be getting stands to hold them up high next!

The SelectTechs are so convenient if you don't have a lot of room for a weight set. They are comfortable to use and feel fine as I work out. And the bench bundle was a very good value, I normally buy used but this bundle was worth it new.

I love these adjustable weights!! They are very easy to use and are totally worth it. If you put the weights in wrong they will get stuck and you won?t be able to change the amount of weight that you use but it?s very easy to fix.

I really like these. Easy weight change & don't take up much space. I can see that the length could be a problem for some exercises, but I'll never need them shorter.
