Great set of adjustable dumbbells. I had a set of 5-25 lb adjustables but needed more weight. Wish I had bought these first!

I used to lug 250 lbs of traditional dumbbells around with me on the road. No more. These work flawlessly and are ideal for every workout that i do.

This was a birthday gift to my boyfriend. He absolutely loves it! Instead of having dumbbells all over the place you just have these two and you can adjust it to whatever you like.

They are great quick chain over. I use them with my block set when I do super sets. I do prefer them over my block. They are know my primary dumbbells.

easy storage-doesnt take up much space. great all in one dumbbell system. cant be too rough when changing the weight dial because it could damage the product.

I have always wanted a set of these dumbbells since they hit the market years ago. They are awesome! Bowflex makes an excellent product and I would recommend this product to anyone.

My boyfriend was skeptical at first since he's always used regular dumbbells, but he loves them and they take up so much less room than an regular set. They don't go as high as he'd like, but they are great for what they are.

These are great dumbbells. They use limited space by having multiple dumbbells in one. I like to small increments with the 552 Selecttech versus the 1090 Selecttech. It allows me to gradually increase my weight limit and be able to complete my reps.
