These are very nice dumbbells that are great replacements for multiple individual dumbbells. The weight is easy to select - two selections for each dumbbell, one for each side. The size of the dumbbells is not too large, grip is good, and best of all they take up much less space than the alternative. I've had them for about a week and have used them daily and they've been great so far.

I used to own a home gym that took up a lot of space and didn't give me the range of motion to get the right results from my workouts. With these Bowflex dumbbells I get much better results and don't use a third of the space. The workout video was helpful too.

This set of Dumbbells were the nicest set for the money I could find. They are extremely easy to make adjustments to and seem to be built of high quality. You can move from one excersise to the next in almost no time at all. Great buy for a beginner looking to just get started in getting in shape. Also came from Walmart on the exact day they said they would which was very short delivery.

I did not expect these weights to be as cool as they actually are. I like the fact that you get more then 200lbs of resistance and get it takes the floor place of a small chair. So far my entire family is able to use then which also makes them a tremendous value

The Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbell (Pair) is the Cadillac of dumbbells. They are completely adjustable from 5-50 pounds by just dialing your desired weight. Easy to operate and a pleasure to use. The proper equipment makes for a quality workout. An excellent investment if you want exceptional equipment.
