Love these dumbbells! Got them for doing P90 and my other Beachbody programs and I'm seeing so much change because I have weights that challenge me. Love how they take up so little space but can dial up to so much weight. The long dumbbell makes some of the moves a little awkward to do but pretty easy to modify and make them work.

I had a hard time getting these shipped from walmart. Had to order them twice to finally receive them. However once I did, I couldn't be happier. The work perfectly and don't take up tons of room. They change weight very smoothly. The are a little bulky at first but I have gotten use to the size and it is not a problem. Glad I made the purchase for my home gym. Very good product.

I got these on the recommendation of the Beachbody workout I am doing, so I had an idea how to use them. Thanks to the FedEx driver that left the 117 lbs box outside of the building, I have now used them individually rather easily and quickly to be able to bring them to my apartment (and found out I can lift 20 lbs with no issue). The dial is super clear to read and it adjusts to whatever weight you want within the dial's level very simply. Can't wait to start using them in my workouts. Will update the review after I get a few in!

I'm almost 60 years old and needed to start working my muscles. The Bowflex Selectech 552 was the right choice. The weights are easy to use, dialing the weight you want to use. The shape of the weights, round, is nice. This is a quality product. I like the 2.5 lb increments. I do not use heavy weight like my husband, so this is important. The weight go up to 52.5 lbs for him. The amount of room they take up is far less then if I would have purchased individual weight. I did purchase a stand, which is a must so you are not bending to the floor to pick up each time you use them. Getting old is not for sissies, so I recommend these to battle the aging processes.

Ordered the Bowflex dumbells and Walmart delivered in a timely manner and according to schedule and with a good price compared to other distributors. I am very satisfied with the dumbells and my favorite part is the speed of transitioning between different weights. The feel of the weights is not as good as the Powerblocks (which I also own) but the Bowflex owns a fast transition between weights.

They are easy to adjust. I like the grip (although I haven't tried super heavy weighs yet). They are nice looking. I like the hand holds on the bottom - makes them easy to move around. The instructions did not tell you anything about the little allen wrench attached to the strap holding the weights to the bottom. It's to loosen the bolt to open the strap to be able to USE the weights. That's my only "complaint"

I was super excited to find these! I use them about 4-5 times a week. I wish I would have purchased the stand when I got the dumbbells because it's hard to find now considering the pandemic. I would absolutely recommend these. The grip is a little thicker but still comfortable, if you happen to have small hands. They're perfect for all fitness levels.

These dumbbells are fantastic for a home gym. Space-saving efficiency and a great workout. They are smooth and simple to adjust and in increments of 2.5lbs, which is great for a wide range of exercises. You can even set the weight at each end of the dumbbells to a different amount to challenge certain muscles more. Check out the manual for examples. One caveat is that these weights are quite large, larger than most dumbbells, but you get used to it. They are absolutely worth the money.

Fantastic solution to purchasing dumbbells.Two pieces but multiple weights. The only downside is the large form factor which makes it a little awkward for certain exercises, but that is a small inconvenience for the overall benefit of this terrific design.
