Costly, but worth it

Did some research on different brands. Went with Bowflex because of ease of weight change. Started doing P90x, which has quick moves for different body parts (arms, shoulders, tri & biceps). These are perfect. You are able to change weight by just turning dials. A great feature which I was not able to find with other brands, is you are able to change weight in 2.5 lb. intervals. Perfect for this program.

Fake generic brand!

Fake generic brand that is trying to pose as Bowflex, beware that it won't be easy to return and deal with all of that as they're very heavy! You can see the box is labeled as plain Dumbbell and the red plastic on the actual dumbbell has no Bowflex brand.
