This set of Dumbbells were the nicest set for the money I could find. They are extremely easy to make adjustments to and seem to be built of high quality. You can move from one excersise to the next in almost no time at all. Great buy for a beginner looking to just get started in getting in shape. Also came from Walmart on the exact day they said they would which was very short delivery.

Easy to use, takes up far less space in my home gym. I was able to replace almost 500 lbs of dumb-bells I picked up at garage sales with these. (sold them which paid for most of the cost) They seem sturdy and well built. What waits to be seen is how they hold up over time. So far I love them!

I used to own a home gym that took up a lot of space and didn't give me the range of motion to get the right results from my workouts. With these Bowflex dumbbells I get much better results and don't use a third of the space. The workout video was helpful too.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt I had to for these. What an awesome product. The amount of time and space you will save with these makes them worth every penny. Such a cool design and even easier to use than I expected. There are a lot of gimmick products out there, this is NOT one of them. Outstanding piece of equipment in every way.

The SelectTech 552s are the best fitness investments I have ever made. Easily used for P90x and Body Beast workouts. Debated on purchasing the Powerblocks instead, but for this price it was a no brainer. Dumbbells adjust easily, as well as quickly, for maintaining a good heart rate while working out. Huge space saver!!!

My husband wanted these for Christmas, and I shopped around and Walmart had the BEST price and FREE delivery! I felt bad for the delivery person as they are really heavy! lol, but my husband really likes them they adjust from 5 lbs (for me)to 50 lbs with the click of a lever! nice for me as I just want to tone and NOT build muscle. They are compact and fit in small spaces without being in the way. We have had other weight systems and the weights are always all over the place and take time to change and adjust. These are so convenient! All in all I think this idea is genius ! and they are great for anyone wanting to do a little weight training without the HUGE investment or space sacrifice!

It is a great product and I love having one dumbbell vs. multiple dumbbells. The only reason I don't gave it 5 stars is that it is incredibly large. I was shocked at the size when I first opened it. I wish they could make it with a denser material and decrease the size.

it's really great. i'm sure there's a knock off brand that is cheaper, but it's still a way better deal than buying all the weights and a rack and it's takes up less space. The little ding when you adjust weight is super satisfying. The feel of the weights is good. They are much wider when doing smaller weight than a smaller dumb bell would be. I'm super happy.

I did not expect these weights to be as cool as they actually are. I like the fact that you get more then 200lbs of resistance and get it takes the floor place of a small chair. So far my entire family is able to use then which also makes them a tremendous value

I did a dumb thing and I want to warn other buyers. When the box comes, open the top and read the unpacking instructions first. I was excited and tore in, set them aside, and then ....it ok, nobody got hurt and nothing got broken, but those thing easily could have happened. Now, onto the review. I like them, I'm doing a DVD prescribed work out that requires quick weight adjustments. They work great. They are long (16"). And like a previous reviewer said, you can't drop them or use them to support your weight. If you use then for what they are intended for, and have expectation for what they are, you'll love them too.
