I love this product, great for biceps, and upper body work outs. The change of weight is excellent. Instead of changing out plates, just dial it up, or down to the weight that you want, from just using the bar, up to 52 lbs per dumb bell with the twist of the dial. Excellent quality material also.

Durable in where they allow me to do push ups on them but im pretty disappointed that after only a few months, the chromed areas around the grips had already started to crack and rust. I'm not certain what i can do to stop the process but considering it's bowflex, it's disappointing this is occurring at all.

Love these dumbbells! Got them for doing P90 and my other Beachbody programs and I'm seeing so much change because I have weights that challenge me. Love how they take up so little space but can dial up to so much weight. The long dumbbell makes some of the moves a little awkward to do but pretty easy to modify and make them work.

I was very hesitant to buy these reading the mixed reviews and being a big chunk of change. They are great. I live in an apartment so I needed something compact that would not take up a lot of space. The only thing I would change is that they would be shorter but I understand that the weights could not be as heavy. The weight range allows for me and my husband to both utilize the weights. They are perfect if you are using a wide range of weights.

I had a hard time getting these shipped from walmart. Had to order them twice to finally receive them. However once I did, I couldn't be happier. The work perfectly and don't take up tons of room. They change weight very smoothly. The are a little bulky at first but I have gotten use to the size and it is not a problem. Glad I made the purchase for my home gym. Very good product.

I have a Bowflex power-rod weight machine, and love the quality. I have been waiting for a few years now for a pair of these dumbbells to purchase. But, was always more than I wanted to pay. I have finally found some that are the price range that I have wanted, and am very pleased. These are top quality, and am glad they have come down to a competitive price. I use these four to five times per week, and highly recommend. The DVD that comes with shows many new exercises that you can use to strengthen your whole body. Well Done Bowflex, these dumbbells are the perfect compliment to my power-rod weight machine.

The Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbell (Pair) is the Cadillac of dumbbells. They are completely adjustable from 5-50 pounds by just dialing your desired weight. Easy to operate and a pleasure to use. The proper equipment makes for a quality workout. An excellent investment if you want exceptional equipment.

I should have bought these adjustable dumbbells much sooner, they sure made my workout simpler and more productive, just dial in the weight and go! They seem to be well made and have precise click stops for weight selection, you can even select a different weight for each side of a single dumbbell. Highly recommended!
