It was a gift for him, but I use them just as often. They are easy to use and occupy no space at all in our home gym. I would make the purchase again with out any hesitation.

They feel a little bulky when you are using a lower weight because no matter what weight it is set at the Dumbbell stays at the same length as it would with all the weights. Also if you read the shipping weight it says it is only like 60lbs.. That led me to worry I was only getting one Dumbbell, but when I recieved the package it was around 117lbs
It comes with 2!
