Highly recommended product. The dumbbells are a bit bulky compared to most dumbells in the lower weights, but very much worth the price and the amount of weights it saves buying. I love these dumbbells.

Just turn till it clicks. Super easy. They are a tab bigger than normal weights but you don't even notice when you are lifting. These are exactly what I needed.

To be honest I wasn't expecting the quality that it has. It's very smooth and tight when changing the weight. I also thought they would be kind of akward but the length of the dumb bells are good.
