Stays fresh in store package for up to two weeks when refrigerated. I use for spinach salads, toss with pasta dishes, and use to add fresh green color for plating side dishes. Sauté with a splash of heavy cream and spoonful of grated Parmesan cheese (another bargain at Sam’s) for steakhouse quality creamed spinach. I buy it on every visit to Sam’s Club.
