We're sorry to hear of the experience you have had with our product. Sometimes air bubbles occur and can obstruct the product from dispensing out of the sprayer. In order to clear these air bubbles, we recommend priming the sprayer; gently press the sides of the bottle 1-3 times then hold the sprayer below the bottle to get the product to dispense, this will help get any excess air bubbles out of the line.
