Great in Rain

I bought the Lattitude Tour for my 2000 Mercedes ML320. Although they were a little bit more tha I wanted to spend, after driving with them on for 18 months I can say it was money well spent. They are wearing great, very lttle road noise and best of all they really grip the surface in inclement weather especially rain. I am yet to hydroplane and when I drive in snow they keep you feeling safe and secure. As I said earlier a little expensive, but I am happy with my purchase.

I am a Pointer Breeder ...

I am a Pointer Breeder and I travel many miles in my 2005 Ford Expedition. I have 25,000 miles on my Michelin Latitude Tour tires and I am very satisfied. I have rotated them 4 times and they are showing little wear. They are very quiet and smooth riding tires, especially at highway speeds. Braking and handling have been excellent in dry, rain and snow covered road conditions. They also have an attractive tire profile. I highly recommend them.

Great tires!

I own a 2010 Ford Escape that has the Michelin Latitude Tour tires installed. I currently have almost 74,000 miles on the car and the tires still have tread. I firmly belive that I can get another 10,000 on the tires before they need replaced. These tires are great!

86,000 and still going

The tires that came on my SUV went out at 33,000 with eggs on two tires and a blowout. I wanted tires that wouldn't leave me on the side of the road. I now have 118,000 on my Toyota and the Latitudes are still in good shape. The wear bars show it's time to replacement them, so I'm getting more Latitudes.

A good tire---but!

I purchased the Latitude Tour, based on dealer recommendations, for a 2006 Tahoe Z71 that is used on a variety of roads, i.e. expressway, state roads, gravel, etc.. The Latitude Tours replaced a set of Michelin LTX tires with 83,000 miles on them, and an average residual of 4/32 of tread left on all four tires. The Latitude Tours currently have 46,000 plus miles on them and I should get another 20,000 miles without any problems. They ride good, they are quite, give good traction in the wet weather and snow, and I believe they are doing what they were engineered for. However, when I need a new set of tires, I will go back to the Michelin LTX tires. My discontent with the Latitude Tour is that when turning sharply in the Tahoe, in a parking lot or parking deck, you can feel the sidewalls roll over and slide. The Tahoe, with 4 wheel drive, is a heavy vehicle, and needs a tire with a stiffer sidewall. The Latitude Tour is designed for a lighter SUV or Crossover to provide a smooth ride. I will still recommend the tire, but subject to the application.

Love, love, love my Michelin tires

My Michelin tires have made a huge difference in how my car feels on the road. It used to pull and tug, but now it hugs the road. What a smooth ride I now have on a car that is over 10 years old. I will never buy anything but Michelin for my vehicles. They are quality you can trust.

Awesome Tire

This is my second set of Michelin Latitude Tour tires. Really great ride and traction on my Buick Enclave. I was able to get 60,000 miles out of the set. I think I could have managed 65,000 (which is the warranty) but winter is here. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sold on Michelin tires

We only buy Michelin tires for all of our vehicles. We have bought Michelin tires for well over twenty years. This is mainly due to the comfort of the ride you get from Michelin tires. We also feel that the mileage and the tire warranty offered is a big plus. Sold on Michelin tires!!

Quiet and Smooth

67,000 miles on my first set of Michelins (rotated every 12K); half those miles through 2 years of major highway construction without a flat or damage (windshield not so fortunate). Best tires I have owned, so I purchased a new set. Worth every penny.

Extra Lattitude for Lousy Weather

I purchased a set of Latitude Tour tires last fall and was almost immediately amazed by their poor weather handling. I was returning from a 500 mile trip and hit torrential rain for the majority of the trip. I DID NOT EXPERIENCE EVEN ONE INCIDENT OF HYDROPLANING, and watched several vehicles lose control while maintaining a steady course (don't worry - not speeding). Stopping performance and road noise were excellent as well. I was hoping we would get a decent snowfall so I could check out snow performance, but alas the metro Balt-Wash region had no such luck this past winter. Now if I can only get them to last 100k miles. Thanks for an excellent product.
