These muffins are absolutely delicious. I bought them to eat with some homemade white chicken chili. They were a big hit with my family. They have the right amount of sweetness, I actually thought they were made with Jiffy cornbread mix. When I don't feel like making cornbread muffins I will definitely buy these.
