I've been eating Stokes Green Chili for decades, nice taste, mild heat. I usually add either green chilis or jalapeno's when I want extra hot. It works well as a base for all sorts of food. I put pork chops or chicken and a can of chili in a pan makes a nice tasty meal. Great over eggs.

Have loved this for decades, even though they've changed it over the years. In fact we take cases of it to a family member who lives where they cant buy it (even at sams on the east coast...hint hint Sams)

Absolutely love this stuff! I add a bit of pork, lime juice and cumin, and it's ALMOST as good as my son-in-law's homemade green chili! We often use it for green chili cheese fries. I highly recommend it.

Excellent green chili but to expensive

I needed something to add to my baked potatoes. I topped them with steamed broccoli, crisp bacon, and ham. Then I poured the green chili sauce over them and sprinkled with a little cheese. WOW! I was amazing! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I wished there was more meat in the sauce.

Ok when you want green chili in a hurry. Taste is not bad for canned. Would rather make my own when time allows.
