These are the sweetest Cantaloupes on the market. Every summer I wait for them to be available and I buy as much as I can while they are in season.

After the Golden Kiss melon this is the sweetest melon I have ever tasted. It reminds me of what melons used to taste like when I was a kid and people used animal manure to fertilize their gardens without any manmade chemicals.

If you are looking for a super sweet melon, this is it. The predominant taste is sugar. I would say it's 80% sugar and 20% cantaloupe. It was a little too sweet for my taste. I would prefer at least 51% cantaloupe taste with some sweetness. Also, the flesh to rind ratio was about 50%. Seems to me that I was throwing a lot of rind away. At least compared to a normal cantaloupe.

Great to have on hand. I like to use it in a fruit salad.
