This is by far one of the best tires I have purchased. They seem to handle very well in various types of weather. They are extremely quiet and provide a soft and comfortable ride. We were in the mountains when a deer ran out in front of us and because of the way the tires responded we were able to avoid hitting the deer. It felt like we were in a sports car instead of an SUV. On wet roads, it feels like we are driving on dry pavement. I would definitely recommend this tire.

Purchased the Cross Climate 2 tires for our Volvo XC90 three months ago. I have been purchasing Michelin tires for over 40 years and always replace original tires with Michelins. Immediately noticed an improvement in ride quality in all aspects over the original tires. The reide was quieter, smoother and the vehicle tracked better. We took a 3,000 mile trip shortly after we put on the new tires and exxperienced about a half mile per gallon increase in mileage.. NOw that we have driven the car on both snow and ice I must say that in our opinion the best tires we have ever owned. The traction and stopping during winter driving conditions in the midwest is superb. I have recommended these tires to many friends and relatives.

Michelin has always been my go to tires, but I am getting a bit frustrated with its thread life. Put on Premier LTX before the Cross Climate 2. While the Premier LTX lasted only lasted 36,718 miles instead of the promised 60,000 miles in nearly three years of use, the Cross Climate 2 only saw 30,000 miles before the dealer refused to service them. After switching to the more expensive Cross Climate 2 with deeper threads, I thought I would get longer life but alas, here we are after only 30,000 miles of use and threads are already below 2/32" according to the dealer. While the tires are good otherwise, thread life of 30000 for tires with a promise of 60000 miles is simply not acceptable. Basically crapping out at half the warranty distance in less than 20 months (1 year - 8 months) of us. Micheline essentially replaced their discontinued Premier line with a less durable product and reduced the warranty distance so they do not have to cover warranty

I love my tires ... especially since we recently had ice and snow for a week or so. I had no trouble driving in these conditions. However, I haven't received my rebate yet ...even though I bought the tires around the 9th of November and sent in info for rebate.

The Michelin Cross Climate 2 are the best tires I've ever purchased! I got over 85,000 miles from my first set of tires and I just bought another set. I love these tires! They are quiet, provide a comfortable ride, they perform excellently, and have been great is various weather patterns, snow, sleet, rain or shine. Thank you!

Purchased a set of CrossClimate 2 tires in September of 2022 for my 2012 Volvo XC90 to replace a set of worn Michelin Defenders which were great tires lasting 65,000 miles. My XC90 has 208,000 miles. 1 year and 40,000 miles later, the tires are at 7/32 with even wear. I perform rotations and balancing (if needed) every 5,000 miles. These tires have been AMAZING. They are quiet, provide amazing performance, and are wearing very well. I live in Minnesota and travel to Salt Lake City/Park City frequently. These tires are almost as good in the snow/ice as the Blizzaks I have on my 2017 Volvo XC90 in the cold months. Last winter was brutal, so drove many miles through a lot of snow/ice/slush/rain and had absolutely zero problems. They are PHENOMENAL in snow and rain, and great highway tires. They have tolerated chains in the mountains without any unusual wear. I have not had any decrease in fuel economy. I like them so much, I just replaced the Defenders on my other XC90 with a set of CrossClimate 2 tires. When it's time, I'll also put a set on my 2018 Volvo V60. Reading other reviews, I was reluctant to try these, but obviously my experience has been great. Perhaps my priorities are different because of the frequent severe weather I experience, but I love these tires.

This is my second set of these tires and I couldn't be happier with them. They have excellent grip in the rain! While they are no specifically snow tires, they are not bad in the snow. They are long wearing and honestly, if my cars factory set camber was adjustable, they would not have worn in the inside. I still had 7/10 tread on all 4 tires after putting on 69,200 miles, except for the very insides. I had wheel alignments done when I rotated them and after discussing this with several mechanics, it's my car and not the tires. My gas mileage increased by 4-5 mpg.

First 2,000 miles my fuel mileage dipped from 41mpg to 38mpg (hybrid) but once they wore in they have been the most sure footed and quiet tires I've ever driven. I commute 120miles per day and currently have 43,000 miles on them. Still silent and trouble free. Wet/rain and snow braking and handling and overall performance makes this tire by far the best car tire on the market.

I am a faithful Michelin user for 30 plus years (driving 64 yrs) on light pickups, full size cars and mid size cars, utility van, have a Yukon XL 4 WD with 264,000 miles that has never had anything other than Michelin. I have never been disappointed with Michelin tires until now. Put a set of Cross Climate 2 on a 2017 Ford Escape at 51,638 miles and the car handles great, like an expensive sports car. However the tires are excessively noisy to the point I thought something was wrong with the car, the wheels or what ever. I paid three different tire shops to evaluate, one of which is my primary tire dealer and they all concluded nothing wrong with the car, it's the tires. It sounds like a pickup with a cheap set of worn out tires which I have owned before. The Cross Climate 2 will easily last 60,000 miles or more on this vehicle which means we must tolerate the noise another minimum 36,940 miles until time for a new set of tires. The tires perform very well as advertised with the exception of the noise. The noise is disappointing and embarrassing, especially when we have guest onboard. Photos upon request.

What are difference tires make! I bought these for my Scion XD, and I notice a difference is most aspects of my driving. I also bought wheels that were slightly wider. The grip is so different. My car is more steady, and doesn't shift at the slightest twist of the steering wheel. I have better traction in cornering, even at low speeds. The ride is smooth and quiet! In the rain, I've had no issues and dont feel.like i have to try to avoid standing water in ruts. I have better traction taking off. These tires make a difference across all aspects of driving and so far in different conditions too! I have more confidence in my car and handling ability! I didn't know new tires would be this impactful!
