Too many reports not indicating what vehicle the tires are mounted on! What good is such info? I have a new set of 245/4018 going on our 2019 RS 3, which has run 16,698 fast back roads out of a total 23,192 on current Michelin A/S3+ with no issues at all. Will report on the Pilot Sport 4S after some mileage is run at speed.

I live in NJ and put these on my car in October. Debated getting winter tires but wasn't sure if I needed something that extreme. Replaced the stock pilot sport 4S (also a great tire) to get ready for cold, wet, and sometimes snowy roads here in northern NJ. Have 3500 miles on them currently and couldn't be happier. Very confidence inspiring tires in the extreme cold and wet or dusting of snow and are capable in a few inches of snow on the road. MPG is down 1-2 miles and I haven't noticed the road noise that some people mention. Very happy so far.

I've had a few good tires in my life, but nothing like the wow factor of this new design. The wet traction is outstanding. This tire inspires a lot of confidence. So much technology with the tread design and the compound. I'm not looking forward to the snow, but with this tire I feel that it will not be a problem. This might be the perfect tire for the Pacific Northwest. I live in Vancouver BC and we get lots of rain. My old set of P Zeros feel like crap in comparison to the Michelin AS4. My Mustang loves these tires !!! :)

Bought these tires about a year ago and have no complaints at all!! They're much grippier than my old tires and are whisper quiet. Unfortunately, my MPG has taken a slight hit, but that's a small price to pay for much more confident braking and handling.

Purchase these for all-season use in California. Rode these through the recent cyclone storm with no issues. No hydroplaning and complete confidence in braking and cornering. Ride is quieter than I thought. I drive a EV so only noise is from the tires which was not really noticeable. Only thing I would change is the lip of the tire seems to offer little protection for my brand new wheels. It sits flush with the lip of the wheel and I can already foresee curb rashes. If they can bring out the lip of the tire a bit more to protect the rim, I would give it 5 stars. Othere than that, a super high performance tire. I take off fast, corner fast, and stop fast so a high performance tire is required.

I just replaced Continental run-flat tires with the Pilot Sport All Season 4 (non run-flats). It is made a massive difference. The tires ride smoothly, steer precisely, braking is improved, and wet performance is so much better and confidence inspiring. A great combination of both sport and luxury. As to a number of comments about the tires being noisy, they really aren't any noisier than competitive tires or the tires predecessor, the A's 3+. I think it's just that the tone of the noises a little bit higher pitched and therefore more noticeable to some people. On the other hand, I noticed that there is no noise difference when driving on asphalt and concrete, which is unusual because most tires tend to be louder on concrete. Not so with these tires.

I drive a RWD P85+ Tesla Model S, which is both heavy and up until last winter had staggered 21” wheels. I was used to buying a new set of Pilot Sport 4S for the rear every 10-12k miles, which is to be expected, but not welcomed on that setup. I switch to 20” square rims front and aft, and also switched to Pilot Sport AS 4's ,245/45/ZR20 99Y, and couldn't be happier. Now that I can rotate tires life if grand. I'm used to extremely irregular wear and regular pinch flats, but I've got things nailed down now. Tire wear with theses tire is even, traction is more than adequate and tire noise is drastically reduced.

These were quite a bit softer and quieter than the Pilot 3 + tires removed after 40,000 miles. The Pilot 4 AS felt initially like it wouldn't be the same in handling as the 3+ AS but that was totally wrong. They handle great. I would definitely buy them again.

I have purchased two separate sets of All Season 4 Tires for two of my higher performance vehicles. Being Audi's they are AWD and quite heavy, these cars are known for understeer and when pushed hard you can feel the car push. Softer walled tires really feel floaty on the road in aggressive driving. Not only do these tires perform exceptionally well in regards to grip (accelerating and decelerating) their lateral grip is most impressive. These tires allow my cars to handle like they are on rails, regardless of the temperature. Being AA for traction and A for temperature they do exceptionally well when dedicated summer tires become hard and dangerous.

I am hesitant to give a 5 star, because these tires on my Miata, seem to lack smooth steering. For example, when you just slightly turn the wheel, it jumps like it had difficulty going over its own tread?????, then when you turn back slightly it sticks and jumps. Very subtle, different then the OEM tires that were on the vehicle. Wish I really knew what was going on. Air pressure is what is on door jam. I may vary tire pressure and test.
