I left for work early in the morning of Toronto's big snowstorm last January .. having to work my way through streets that had yet to see a snow plow … this was my first test of the Michelin X-Ice Snow tires and they were fantastic. I do have an all wheel drive crossover (Mazda CX-30) and it only took me an extra 8 minutes to get to work … I felt in total control of the car. Worth every penny I spent on these tires!!!

I bought my tires last fall, and drive all winter in ice and snow conditions everyday. I start work at 5am so had to leave very early in the mornings. I was on the road some mornings before the snow-grader and had to drive in some pretty bad conditions. The tires were fantastic! I had perfect traction and felt quite secure knowing that I wouldn't have any trouble at all in those conditions!

These are very well made tires. I've always appreciated Michelin's for their comfort and durability and even fabrication. They are well balanced as a result. No rumbles at high speeds, and great handling. I particularly appreciate the quiet ride they give, they are even quieter than my summer Michelin's. Be prepared to pay a high price for them but they are worth the money.

Bought these brand new for both my car and SUV (Chevrolet Cruze Diesel Manual Hatch 2018 and Lincoln MKX 2.7 2016) in 16" and 20". Super comfortable, low noise and rides like a train on track. No regret. Only Michelin on my cars for both winter and summer. After all, they invented the tire and they still are the best.

I've had X-ice's now on two cars, my 370z and now my Elantra GT N-line and they are perfect! Never left me stuck, always providing great traction and grip in poor conditions. They are quiet and wear well. Worth every penny for the safety, security, performance and peace of mind.

I have Michelin X-Ice snow tires for my RAV4, they are supposed to be the best or at least one of the best and yet I still find that I have mediocre traction on snow and ice (slide around a bit on snowy roads, have to nearly crawl around circular on-ramps)

As someone who has used the X-Ice line in the past, but felt that on-center feel was lacking, the new version is a revelation. Snow tires are certainly not intended to allow drivers to centrifuge their passengers like a dedicated summer tire will, but these do surprisingly well. Extremely impressed with these on my rear drive BMW wagon.

Bought a set of these for my new VW Taos. Great looking and even better performing! I've had many sets of winter tires over the years, these are easily the best! It's been both very icy and snowy here in the last few weeks and the X-Ice snow has been very sure footed in all conditions. They are also very quiet on dry pavement. I've always been a big fan of Michelins all season and Pilot series tires, now I'm sold on their winter tires as well!

I moved from the city to up North. WOW all the snow we get and ice. It snowed like almost every second day. I'm so happy l bought these tires. When l drive on the road with these tires -WOW. The car with these tires never seemed that there was any trouble with the snow or ice . I felt so safe driving my car with them on. They are worth every penny you paid for them. Especially when your love one takes the car and you know you have great winter tires with good rubber and they are going to be safe driving. Who can ask for any better feeling with themselves then known you or your love ones will be safe driving with Michelin's Tires. Thanks Michelin for producing such great tires.

I have put these snows on all my vehicles and recommended them to friends for over 15 years. I previously used Nokia, but these are better. As the name suggests, they are optimized for ice, slush, and moderate snow. So for the average urban dweller, they are outstanding. I notice little difference between these and my summer tires. Winter doesn't bother them. The only caveat is if you live in the snow belt: there are better choices for deep snow.
