These cherries are perfect for my salad every day. They are also perfect for my health. I couldn't locate them in my store any longer so checked online. This was my first on line purchase and I couldn't believe how quick my order came. I love it.

According to the amount of calories in the whole box (6,300) , it would equal about 5lbs. fresh to every 1lb. dried. So if a recipe needs 1 cup fresh, it would need to be 1/5 cup dried to be equal. Again, the taste is amazing!

Very good quality at a reasonable price. The box contains one large bag of cherries that I divided into four 1 quart freezer bags. I kept 1 bag in the fridge and the others were kept in the freezer until I needed them.

These are the best tart cherries I have found for the price. Less expensive then organic, more expensive then some other brands. The other brands do not taste as good so Traverse Bay are worth the extra expense.

The cherries are shipped as a 1 container bulk package. I'm disappointed that the cherries include sugar and soybean oil. I had hoped the cherries were dried without additives.
