SPECTABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

I've driven on Michelin tires, both all season radials and winter specific tires, for the duration of my memory. My current vehicle came with these Michelin tires as standard equipment, but I would have changed to them had it not. The confidence, safety, ride quality and overall handling characteristics I experience with them are unsurpassed. I will have nothing else on my vehicles. The price is inconsequential when compared to the benefits these tires bring to the consumer.

Premature Tread Wear on Larger Vehicles

I'm a 30 year loyal Michelin fan, but the Latitude Tour HP missed the mark. Almost crashed my '13 Land Cruiser, this winter during a low speed turn in snow. I checked the tires afterwards and was shocked to see the advanced tread wear. The tires are 21 months old, under 35,000 miles, nitrogen filled, balanced and rotated on schedule. Not a good value for the HEFTY PRICE! LTX Tires are simply the best, but didn't come in the correct size for my SUV. The LTX's are quiet, with great traction, even on ice. Latitude Tour HP's appear to wear prematurely on lager vehicles.

88,000 miles so far....

Original tires on my FWD Lincoln MKX. After 88,000 miles the tires are beginning to get close to the tread wear indicators. I'm confident I could get 90,000 miles out of them. These tires have worn perfectly evenly. Keeping the car in alignment, maintaining the proper wheel balance, and maintaining the correct tire pressure are important. Rotated only once. There have been a couple of nails, but those were removed and the holes plugged. No problems from the repairs. The tires have always handled well and have not been noisy. I live in the southeastern US, so I can't comment about how well they perform in snow.

Not recommended for use in a Wisconsin winter.

The wear bars showing at 25000 miles on a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. They are an OK summer tire other than the poor tread wear. Poor performance in snow and ice, as compared to the LTX M/S 2 Michelin's that I have on my Expedition. This is the second and last Wisconsin winter for these tires. I do not recommend these tires!

Needed to replace at 33k miles, tires at 4/32 tread

I cannot recommend these tires. They came OEM with my Acura MDX 2015 (105h green x latitude hp tour) and now in June 2017, I have been told that I need to replace these. The news one have a tread depth of 10/32 and mine are at 4/32 after 2.5 years and 33k miles only. This is sub-par performance. I don't see anything amazing about braking distance or wet road performance, so I cannot comment about that. MDX is a fairly big 3 row SUV, so we've used it as family car and not for joy riding, hard braking or hard acceleration.

would not recomend

I was looking for a smoother ride than the factory tires that came on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, was told these Michelin Latitude Tour HP Tires would be a much better ride by the tire sales person. They were not. I spent $400 more for these tires than the factory tire would have cost me. Won't buy them again.

My Michelins still aren't tired out!!

With over 53,000 miles on my Ford Edge, there is still plenty of tread that is showing even wear. Even pulling a trailer loaded with kayaks and bikes, while driving in temperatures in the 80s and 90s, my Latitude Tour HP tires are quiet and perform excellently. The roads in Florida are often slick with water from sudden downpours. The Latitude Tour HP tires handle the wet roads with no problems. I can't imagine buying any other tire when it is time to replace my factory tires. Thanks to Michelin for producing such a great product.

71K and still going!

I'm just now looking to replace the original tires that came with my 2013 Acura MDX. They have a little over 71,000 miles on them and are starting to exhibit some cupping sounds but I certainly can't complain! The treads have held up and are just plain getting worn out due to the usage. I have had them rotated with every oil change so I assume that has given them further life but overall they have been great!!

Michelin Latitude

One never thinks about their vehicles tires until there is a problem. I never had a problem! After 70,000 miles they were getting a little bare and I just now noticed a little slipping while driving in a heavy downpour. I am buying the same ones again - hey, I got 70K miles on tires rated for 55k that's good enough for me!
