I just replaced Continental run-flat tires with the Pilot Sport All Season 4 (non run-flats). It is made a massive difference. The tires ride smoothly, steer precisely, braking is improved, and wet performance is so much better and confidence inspiring. A great combination of both sport and luxury. As to a number of comments about the tires being noisy, they really aren't any noisier than competitive tires or the tires predecessor, the A's 3+. I think it's just that the tone of the noises a little bit higher pitched and therefore more noticeable to some people. On the other hand, I noticed that there is no noise difference when driving on asphalt and concrete, which is unusual because most tires tend to be louder on concrete. Not so with these tires.

Had to replace the tires on my 2018 Civic Sport and I can't believe the difference. I previously had some “high-performance” Falken tires that weren't bad but after a couple days with the Michelin Sport A/S 4s I finally understand. This is the first Michelin performance tire I have ever driven on and my car is a completely different machine on these tires. The level of grip is superior to any tire I have ever had, even in the rain. My car feels like it is floating until I cut the wheel and suddenly it becomes glued to the blacktop. I am a very aggressive driver and understand the value of having tires you can trust on your car and I love these tires!!!

These were quite a bit softer and quieter than the Pilot 3 + tires removed after 40,000 miles. The Pilot 4 AS felt initially like it wouldn't be the same in handling as the 3+ AS but that was totally wrong. They handle great. I would definitely buy them again.

I live in NJ and put these on my car in October. Debated getting winter tires but wasn't sure if I needed something that extreme. Replaced the stock pilot sport 4S (also a great tire) to get ready for cold, wet, and sometimes snowy roads here in northern NJ. Have 3500 miles on them currently and couldn't be happier. Very confidence inspiring tires in the extreme cold and wet or dusting of snow and are capable in a few inches of snow on the road. MPG is down 1-2 miles and I haven't noticed the road noise that some people mention. Very happy so far.

I bought the tires early March so far so good. I've had 2 days with light snow, 1 week of rain and a few mild days. No complains. Just bought a second set for another car + Pros: Grip, Stability, Braking, Cornering, Tread Design, Quiet, Steering Response, Visually Appealing, Comfortable,

I drive a RWD P85+ Tesla Model S, which is both heavy and up until last winter had staggered 21” wheels. I was used to buying a new set of Pilot Sport 4S for the rear every 10-12k miles, which is to be expected, but not welcomed on that setup. I switch to 20” square rims front and aft, and also switched to Pilot Sport AS 4's ,245/45/ZR20 99Y, and couldn't be happier. Now that I can rotate tires life if grand. I'm used to extremely irregular wear and regular pinch flats, but I've got things nailed down now. Tire wear with theses tire is even, traction is more than adequate and tire noise is drastically reduced.

I've had my tires for about 9 months now and they're awesome!! My previous set of tires were the Continental Extremecontact DWS06. If I were to compare the two, in terms of performance and comfort, the Pilot Sport A/S 4 has been quite a bit better in the dry and wet weather...gas mileage is approximately the same for both tires. I haven't had the opportunity to drive in the snow so I don't know which tires are better. But in terms of treadwear, I would give a slight edge to the Continentals.

I have purchased two separate sets of All Season 4 Tires for two of my higher performance vehicles. Being Audi's they are AWD and quite heavy, these cars are known for understeer and when pushed hard you can feel the car push. Softer walled tires really feel floaty on the road in aggressive driving. Not only do these tires perform exceptionally well in regards to grip (accelerating and decelerating) their lateral grip is most impressive. These tires allow my cars to handle like they are on rails, regardless of the temperature. Being AA for traction and A for temperature they do exceptionally well when dedicated summer tires become hard and dangerous.

I am blown away by my new AS4s!!! I have a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt SS. I drive spiritedly and daily drive my car. I came off of Toyo Extensa hp2s and let me just give it to Michelin.There is NO comparison. I have driven only 400miles on them but the All Season 4 is one great tire! They feel so smooth on the road and highway. I feel the grip and superb steering response driving compared to what I was driving on before. Road noise is minimal and actually very quiet from what I was used to. I am now a Michelin customer for life! Thank you Michelin for developing the best all season tire I have ever driven on.

I've installed the Pilot Sport A/S 4 on my 1995 Camaro Z28 I've own this car since new, over the 26 yrs of its life I've had several different tires. I can honestly say that this tire lives up to the Michelin standard, awesome performance in wet traction excellent overall. If you have the opportunity to purchase these tires in your size if available just do it you won't be disappointed. Only negative thing about this tire is the availability in all sizes.
