These tires were replacing Eagle GTs. They only lasted me 17,000 miles. I was disappointed in the treadwear but the tires were great. These are a little noisy but with only about 600 miles they seem OK. I hope that they last longer than the GTs.

These are the best tires I've ever owned. Quiet ride, exceptional traction and handling. Even help improve gas mileage. I will continue to put these tires on my truck.

Very well balanced tire, does anything you ask it to very well in all conditions. Great grip and high quality. Excellent longevity this is my 2nd set i got over 100k miles out of my first set rated for 50k miles.

Purchased these tires for a 2002 BMW 540i. Makes the car feel like new again. Only regret is I purchased on-line and paid for an alinement ($120) and was told my car didn't need it and they couldn't refund my money.

Great customer service

After a not-so-good experience buying this way before, this transaction was flawless. Have not driven the car in wet weather or winter yet, but can't imagine they won't perform well. I love the way they look on my 2017 Taurus with 20" wheels - as good or better than the Michelin's they replaced. And, Big 5 Tires in Longview TX got me in 4 days earlier than I had scheduled, had them on in 30 minutes, and out the door! Tires are smooth as glass! SO much better than a previous experience at an actual Goodyear corporate facility here.

The product was adequate, but the service was exemplary and was quickly done. Better yet on Wednesday the 5th of May the service provided for a leaking tire on my front right tire was exemplary. I don't think I will be going to any other place in the Bay area but this place for my car repairs

I don't drive a lot and only have driven less than 500 miles on the two new tires on the front of the car. But the old tires that are on the back of the car have been losing air, which they never did before. I am not happy that they are losing air as it leads me to believe that for some reason a slow leak was put into the tires when the new ones were put on. I chose the tires prior to having the car towed by AAA to the shop.

These are great tires for ride and comfort. They have a much smoother ride than my previous tires and they produce less round noise. Overall so far I am very happy with them. I have not had a chance to drive with then on in the snow so I just put an adverage rating of 3 stars.

Overall, I am satisfied with my tires. It is the service I have an issue with. I could not find my original receipt when I was told my tire needed to be replaced. I was told that was the only way I could get the tire replaced under the road hazard plan I had paid for in advance. I would think that in this day and age, that information would have been available on your database so that I didn't have to call around frantically trying to locate the store I purchased the tires in in order to get a copy of the receipt faxed or emailed. And by the way, the store I was in apparently could not receive a fax so I had to deal with that as well. Hardly convenient and not very helpful.
