I personally do not like any kind of salmon but I served these to my deer hunt buddies who do. They couldn't believe the blackened salmon could be so good coming prepared and baked in the oven. A big hit. I'm serving it at my church fish fry as a Mardis Gras weekend prelude to Lent (under $3.50 per serving, our cost).

The fish itself was great but the seasoning was out of this world salty. I couldn't take it, my husband couldn't take it, so I gave them away to my sister and she called me saying they were too salty for her too! Trust me, from a household that lives on Lawry's I know how to season my food and this my dear is over seasoned, send your blood pressure through the roof, swell your feet salmon. If that sounds appetizing to you then Bon Appetit!

I need something that doesn't require a lot of ingredients, has little clean up, and has great flavor. This is the perfect food for me. It is pre-seasoned so I can't mess it up. I simply place the fish on a piece of parchment paper above a cookie sheet and bake--throw away the paper when it's done cooking--no dishes to wash. Take it out of the oven and it is wonderfully aromatic and has good texture and does not taste "fishy." Serve with some fresh or blanched vegetables and you have a wonderful meal.

I didn't think I could find a frozen brand of salmon that I could enjoy eating. The flavor is suttle and has enough pepper to give it a little spicey tingle...I bake mine in the oven wrapped in foil along with my favorite...spinach. I buy these two at a time! I highly recommend!

I used to make my own seasoning for salmon. After trying these I'm hooked, no pun intended The portion size is perfect. I bake them and they come out great every time. The seasoning blend is perfect. The only issue I have is occasionally when I thaw one in water the packaging leaks and water gets in. When you drain the water out most of the seasoning goes with it.

The first bag or two I purchased of this fish was good. I wanted an alternative to my usual Morey’s marinated salmon. The last round of these for my family were not so great. Seasoning is so thick you could scrape it off in layers. Too salty for regular consumption, criminal for what is supposed to be a healthy food. I don’t think I will purchase again, the taste being one issue and price for the amount you get is another...

A friend of mine suggested this salmon and the first bag I had was perfect in every way. However the second bag has tiny bones in every piece. I was so disappointed. Must have been a bad bag. I switched to the salmon fillets that aren't blackened now so that I could find the bones before I bake them. The blackened are great but I just don't like to be surprised with tiny bones in my mouth.

This salmon is really good. Normally I only like fried fish but I am trying to eat healthier so decided to give this a try. My kids won't eat fish at all so it's nice that it's individually packaged so I can just make myself one along with what I'm making them ( can easily put in oven, on grill or foreman, or in pan on stovetop depending on how I'm cooking for the kids)

I loved this blackened fish, I have bought this for years and have seen the price of this jump up majorly in the last year or two by like five bucks and being that it only has 4-5 pieces in a bag, that's just too expensive. The pieces are not as uniform as they used to be, therefor all different sizes makes a different cooking times.

Easy to prepare and delicious! These fillets definitely are spicy, as you would expect, but it's just right for me to pair with a more mild vegetable and starch. The salmon is the star of the meal. A bit more than I would usually spend on meat, but since they are individually wrapped and sealed they do keep well.
