[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my home office to hang a magnetic board. It’s been up for months and is as secure as the first day it went up. Product was a little pricey, but works like a dream. Bought another set to hang a frame I made to hold earrings. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to hang a grouping of five small canvases, all of different sizes and at different heights, that required very precise alignment. Also, because the pictures would be only an inch apart, they all had to stay perfectly vertical - any tilt would be apparent. So, these strips were a great solution. Minor tweaks to position and alignment were easy, and everything lined up perfectly. Trying to do that with nails and the sawtooth hangers on the art would have been very difficult. Plus some tilting is inevitable with sawtooth hangers as the balance is never perfect. (Of course, there's a Command stabilizer product for that, too!) I even had a chance to check the easy removal feature. One of the pieces was initially positioned incorrectly, and removing the wall-mounts by pulling on the tab worked amazingly well. About the only disadvantage I see is that the art is quite snug against the wall. I normally like a little more air circulation behind the art to avoid picture-sized marks on the wall after a few years. Minor issue, though, particularly since these strips aren't recommended for wallpaper and paint is easy to fix.

I found these great metal dry erase calendars, each one a single month, for our office. After fussing for almost two hours to arrange them in a square using nails (and many nail holes later) we found a problem... The idea was that as planning calendars, once the current month was done, we could shuffle them around with next month becoming the current month and so on. However, when we tried it for the first time we discovered that the nail mounts are in slightly DIFFERENT places on each calendar. So while they all look perfect in the original position, they looked terrible when swapped around! Command Picture Hanging Strips to the rescue. We put two strips on every calendar panel and lined all four up in less than 15 min. Since all four panels are exactly the same size, the strips on the wall are interchangeable. Now when it's time to swap them, they zip off easily and reattach to their new spot in seconds! I should have start with the hanging strips in the first place.

I created a wall of picture frames in the hallway. I was concerned that this was across the hall from the washer and dryer and that some humidity or heat might affect the adhesive and the frames would fall. Not so! They have been on the wall for over a year, not one strip has come loose from the wall or the frame and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the results. (I might suggest an investment in a small picture frame level. It fits over the corner of the picture you want to hang so you know it's properly aligned.) I eventually put some tiny framed mirrors in the 'empty spaces' and when friends look in the mirror I tell them that's their latest picture on the wall. I put the little mirrors up with the small Command strips

I have been using these to hang photos for 2 years now. I LOVE THEM! I do not like putting nails in the wall as I have been moving alot between appartment buildings. And these strips come off the wall clean so I do not have to worry about loosing any money from my security deposit. I have about 10-15 frames of different sizes that I use these for and they have never fallen off the wall. They are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of the medium picture hanging strips and I really like them! It makes hanging things so much easier, i have plaster walls so putting a nail or screw in them is a nightmare! But these made it so easy to hang my pictures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the hanging strips. As a renter in an apartment the 3M products really are great for not leaving anything behind. I really like these strips because if the photo is crooked, you just adjust the photo until it is level. You don't have to worry about hooks being straight and photos being crooked.They have held up really well with all of our new photos. I received this product free to review, my opinions are my own.

I recently painted my hallway and couldn't wait to hang a collection of framed photos on the walls. I purchased several packs of the command strips and got busy. Even though I was only using 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10 frames, I opted to use the large size for all of them since the frames were silver. I used one strip for the 4x6 and 1 or 2 for the 5x7 (depending on the weight) and 2 for the 8x10. Based on the directions and weight suggestions, this should've been plenty. Within one hour, 3 pictures fell. I'm out $ for the command strips, my frames are scratched and dented, and I have a few nicks in my hardwood floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate holes in the walls so until a few years ago there are very few pictures hanging on my walls at home. Holes in the walls leave the wall so tacky looking. For the longest I refused to hang anything and would try to conjure up a way to hang things without nails... then I came across Command Strips. OMG! I almost went crazy! I love these things. I have used them to hang my 32 sq ft. business boards on my walls. (That's the full length of a large wall). And when I'm ready to take my board down or replace it I don't have to worry about a mess or looking at those horrible, tacky holes in the wall. Thank you 3M. P.S The next genius idea is mine. LOL.

I bought the command strips cause I'm sick of putting holes in my walls every time I hang something. I could not believe how awsome they are. I would rather pay the extra few dollars to put my pictures up than put another hole in my walls. They are so easy to use and I love how you can re fix the pictures if they are not leveled. They just snap right on and off. And you never have to worry that your pictures will fall off if you bump into them..
