right out the carton ,

we purchased this unit ,removed from the carton @the job site filled with oil that was provide from Generac and fill with gasoline ,hooked up to a outside project job trailer and ran the unit for 40.o hrs even in the cold weather it never missed a beat ,I am glad to have made such a smart purchase of a high quality generator ,originally we were thinking about renting because we didn't want the headache of having to have the rental company have to fix the unit or do repairs when we really depended on electrical power .thank you, Jesse f Rose president of environmental services plus ,Kaukauna wi

This generator was a God send

My house caught fire and was unlivable. But we had 2 freezers with LOTS of food in them. I bought this model generator, at a reasonable price, to keep my freezers running until I could get my house livable again. It's the perfect size and wattage for me, affordable and it runs for ever on a tank of gas. Thank you Generac!!

Tje product will will my needs if there is a storm like sandy again

Last year after storm Sand we were without power for 13 days. I don't ever want to be in a situation like that again, Cold showers and food wasted. I had an old Volt generator that would only run 90 minuets on a fuel refill. then had to wait for it to cool down to start over again, The features of the Generac generator I purchased will run 10 hours and has an battery start. Being 73 years old that is a life saver , i should have done this sooner . I need this for the next storm. Love the product

Done

Generac has been around four years. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. The unit is fairly heavy which makes it hard to move around but you have so much in that account back please I can understand why it's so heavy. my unit fires up real fast and runs a long time and one tank of fuel.

Best product I have ever purchased for home

I started not to purchase a generator for home use.Since I purchased this generator I have had to use it 3 time this year.I was out of power more this year than in the last 18 yrs at my home. All I had to do was fill the generator with fuel an let it run.I could stay at home an have all the power I needed.BEST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE.GENERAC SAVED THE DAY FOR ME.

Excellent Quality

Just purchased this GP7500E. Very easy set up. Started right up within a second. Love the electric start. Got a great price for a generator of this size and quality. Everything required was in the box (except the gas). The 9375 starting watts will come in handy on the day that I need it to run my household wellpump, freezers, fridges and still have power to run some lights and cooking appliances. As an electrician I have hooked up large commercial Generac generators in the past and was always very impressed with the Quality, and this smaller unit seams to live up to my expectations

Quality product

Our power has been out for the last 3 days from hurricane dorian, this generator has worked great. We switched our house over to the Generac 8000W generator as soon as we lost power. Fired up AC, some lights, a few receptacles and refrigerator, WORKS GREAT and has worked for us on a tank of gas for 17hrs. HOT HUMID days with no power, glad we have our Generac generator.

Couldn't ask for a better Generator

I have two generators, one I bought at a department store and used it for work and at home. Now I own a Generac GP7500E Generator. No comparison to the one I bought first, The Generac is much quieter, battery start with pull cord backup, more outlets and 30 amps. What more can you ask for except a whole house generator and Generac even makes them too.

Great power without breaking the bank

I had researched several brands and models of generators and this 7500W model topped the list each time. Bought it to run tools for home renovation jobs and backup if power was ever lost at home. Does everything I need it to do! Great power for the price! Only downside is noise. This is supposedly noisier than most in its class. This is not an issue for me, but if it was regularly used go home backup, I'd consider a quieter one for running throughout the night.

Perfect for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned two Generac generators in the past (traded up) and always been pleased with their performance. Lately it's been harder to pull a generator for me, so when I found one with a push start I jumped at the chance. You're going to need some help with this as it is quite heavy but assembly was easy and after that I could pull it on my own. We typically run our sump pump and freezers when the power goes out and run a cord upstairs to plug in the fridge and charge our phones/electronics. I tested it out and it had no problem with that load. I'd compare the sound to that of a lawn mower, loud, but if you're inside it's not going to bother you. The start is a breeze, I can't believe all the pulling I used to do. I feel a lot better knowing that if the power does go out for an extended period of time, especially with winter coming up, we'll have everything we need to keep us safe and warm.
