The machine ran 4 days straight. Supplied power to the whole house except the stove. Never had any issues. Worked perfectly. Would buy another in a minute. Now ready for any storm!!

Just had our electrician install for us. He showed me how to use it and then had me do it all myself. Could not be happier. I'm almost wishing the power goes out so we can use it.

just add gas and oil (provided). storm arrived 3 days after generator was delivered. aprehensions were eliminated in 1/2 hr. also, it looks like a serious piece of machinery.

Needed because of ice storm power would be off for at least a week. Filled with oil and gas it started on first pull. It run all night with one tank of gas. Had quick connect at power pole easy work for next when you live in country, South Dakota

Just had the electricain install the transfer switch. Tested the unit , electric start is a must. 100% score for simulated back-up. Power to all 10 circuits. Now the real test will come with the next power outage. I expect it to perform well.

Multiple electrical problems internally and on panel. Engine wont run on my 17.5k unit and service tech refuses to take product due to poor Generac service. Voltage regular on 15k unit caught on fire and ruined the whole electrical panel.

The installing company 1Stop Generators was wonderful. The generator is very easy to operate and has enough capacity to back up your house comfort during the hurricane if you manage it right

Wanted to get a heavier generator than my 5000 KW unit. Also reaped the benefits of battery start over my manual start unit. And saved space in my storage area in the garage where it is always ready to serve my needs.

I have the Elec start model, the battery holds for many months with out a recharge. If you do need to use the rewind starter, it starts on the 1st or 2nd pull.

Nice product. Louder than what I care for but I guess I can handle a little noise during an outage. It could be made a little more friendly for service and to maintain. I would really like to be able to power the heat pump/AC
