Nice product. Louder than what I care for but I guess I can handle a little noise during an outage. It could be made a little more friendly for service and to maintain. I would really like to be able to power the heat pump/AC

Was easy to assemble and started on the first try. Have not had a chance to use for an emergency yet, but everything seems to be working as expected.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of my generator and love the electric start feature. I am comfortable knowing that it will perform should we have another power failure.

Bought this generator after our last hurricane. Works awesome. Can power up the whole house. Uses less gas than my old generator. Easy to start. After buying this, I had 4 relatives get the same exact generator. Highly recommended.

Just purchased online. Only took 3 business days to arrive. Set was easy and started on first pull. Only complaint is wheels seem cheap otherwise happy with my purchase.

Just had our electrician install for us. He showed me how to use it and then had me do it all myself. Could not be happier. I'm almost wishing the power goes out so we can use it.

Just unboxed the unit, Very impressed the unit came with enough parts to preform the first service, Assemble is very simple, Runs very good & quiet for the size.

Received generator in a very prompt delivery. I completed the set-up today and it started very easily. It works very well, now for an electrical outage (which is very frequent here) to really test the operation of my generator.
