Tires have been on this vehicle for two weeks tops. first bad ice/snow storm we got 2/4/2022 upstate ny. WOW this vehicle performed 110% didn't slide all over even when I tried to make it loose traction, last month we had snow and I was running the stock Bridgestone dueler tires that came with the vehicle. What a joke them tires are. If Michelin continue to make these tires my 2022 highlander will soon get a brand new pair of defenders LTX m/s. I'm probably just going to remove the Goodyear tires that came with the vehicle. Great job Michelin..

The tires have a great ride and feel. I have noticed that I am getting about 2 miles per gallon less than my old tires. I realize it could be a variety of things but my driving habits are about the same. It is the beginning of winter so maybe that has something to do with it.

I am extremely happy with the purchase of these tires. I have a 2wd Sierra 1500 crew cab and had Goodyear wranglers prior. These Michelins are nice and tall and have a great sidewall look. The highway tread pattern looks great and had performed better. The tires are quiet on the highway and feel sturdy overall maybe slightly harder than I was used to however the beef inspires confidence when towing our 4,500 lb. camper as there is no wallow and the generally feels more capable. I would definitely purchase again.

I debated if I should spend the extra money on Michelin tires for my older Ford Expedition but it's my go to vehicle for trips and inclement weather and only has 45 thousand miles on it. It was worth it---tires give a very smooth and quiet ride and are great in rain. This winter I will put them to the test in the snow and ice on a ski trip.

Have my Defenders now for just about 3000 miles on a 4Runner. Not the off-road tire, no - but for 99% of my travels, these tires are great. Smooth ride and they feel sure planted. No snow yet .... Rain driving, I didn't feel any risk or anything. They seem to react better when it was wet out. Very Happy with my purchase.

I just replaced our 2007 Sprinter's LTX M/S 2 tires with the Defender LTX (it seems the LTX M/S 2 was replaced by these), and wanted to mention that the M/S 2's were really a great set of tires. There was still a little tread left above the wear bars at 111,000 miles over five years of driving in all sorts of Texas weather. I also ride a road bicycle and am always pleased with Michelin's bicycle tires too.

Have used Michelin tires for years and always loved them. Put this tire on a 2014 1500 RAM and they are the worst riding tires I have ever had. I am taking them off and putting on a different brand because I can' stand the ride any longer. My 9 year grand son even asked why the truck rode so bad.

I have a higher mileage 2011 Ford Expedition 155K. I've had all kinds of tires on this vehicle. I was at my local tire shop and they recommended these LTX Defender's. Been running them about 8000 mi now. To my surprise they were just great in the snow. Wet traction also excellent. This truck is not an AWD it is rear wheel drive, with a dash switch. So it tends to break loose in the wet. There was a HUGE improvement in wet traction with the LTX's. Braking also excellent. But what I really like is that these run so quiet. I drive most time with the window open and I think this is the quietest tire ever on this vehicle. As a side note one of the guys I ride motorcycle with owns a auto repair shop. Just so happened in discussion he mentioned he had put the same tire on his wife's truck and he thinks they are great tires.. The only thing we both didn't like is the price. They are not crazy expensive but probably $40+ more then a "Good Tire" from the competition.

I purchased the Defenders to replace a set of Wrangler tires that still had a lot of tread left. Before purchasing the new tires the wheels would spin if there was any moisture on the road. The improvement has been amazing. This is for a 2009 Ford Ranger that is used in the city (not off road) as a second vehicle to often move lumber and/or top soil and yard waste.

I purchased a set of Michelin Defender LTX for my wife's Lincoln today... Wow, What a difference from the OEM Pirelli's that came on it new.. We commented many times about how disappointed we were with all the road noise this Lincoln had.. Little did we know it was the Pirelli's. After two sets of them I wanted to try something else and low and behold, the New Michelin's did the trick. The road noise from the car is sooo much quieter now. I wont be putting Pirelli's back on this car again!
