Great tires this is my 3rd set and they make Camaro stick like glue. Best all season tire I've found. worth the extra.

No complaints

I've had the tires for a week and so far these tires are performing well. I've driven in the rain and in dry conditions, no loss of traction at all. I have no complaints.

No other tire will do

I'm working on my second set of the COMP-2s! I originally purchased these for my BMW 328i (w/ M-sport suspension) in 2018. Such a fantastic tire that when the rears started to wear, I repurchased the COMPs. The fronts are now due for replacement (after 29,000 mi), and I will buy these without hesitation. They are an excellent performance tire, a great highway tire (comfortable), and yes, they will handle some light snow that we get here in northern Texas. They feel more like a Summer High Performance tire than an All-Season tire. The local tire dealer tried to talk me out of them this time, but I am super loyal to this tire (even though I don't really need an all-season here in Texas; and even though I wanted to try the BF Goodrich Phenom). I just like these tires!

Best choice for my Formula 455.

I purchased these tires for my 1973 Pontiac Formula 455 Firebird. I upgraded to 17x9 Year One Rally II wheels and installed these 275/40R 17 Conp TA AS. I wanted a tire that looked good and performed well in wet and dry conditions. I have had many BFGs over the years and thought that these would be the right pick. This survey doesn't even go back to the year my Pontiac is, :( . I had to pick the oldest year listed.

Exceeded expectations

Bought these back in January or February. For starters, they were great in the snow and I couldn't expect anything more from tires that aren't winter tires because they exceeded my expectations in that department. Next, they are great in dry weather driving, I do not drive easily and like to take corners at high speeds and the tires work together with my car flawlessly to not disappoint. I have yet to slide or lose traction in any manner in rain. Yes, they wear a bit quickly (but honestly not even that quickly), but you're getting a great tire for the price. Also, the grippier the tires, the quicker they wear, so don't complain about tread wear on ultra high performance tires. You just look goofy lol. There's a nice donut media video on tires, I suggest you watch it. My only “complaint” with them is their is a noticeable amount of road noise. Again, it's not that bad and my car is known for having poor sound insulation. Honestly, it's a great all around tire that far exceeded my expectations in every area. The only way you'll get anything better in my opinion would be to have top performing summer and winter tires. They were also really beefy looking when I first got them and I liked how that looked on my car lol.

Excellent all around daily race tire

Very good tire grip great and have decent life for how good the traction is lasted about 3years hard driving. These are comp tires meaning very soft and lots of grip which means they will not last as long as other harder tires. If you want daily tires for all year and all condition racing get these if you want a daily tire to replace the crap ones on your 100hp civic do not get these youll just cry they wear out faster than the junk hockypuck tires your used to.

A Great All-Season Tire

In 2020 I purchased an '07 Shelby GT that had the original tires on it. Since it came with the g-Force COMP-2 A/S Plus, I decided to stay with the same tire. I have since put on 14,000 miles on the tires and have been very satisfied with the performance of these tires. The Shelby is my daily driver so it gets driven in all kinds of conditions: rain, snow, hot, cold, spirited driving, highway cruising, around town.

Upgrade

I bought these in stock sizing 255/40R19 for my 2014 Mustang GT. They replaced the OEM Pirelli P-Zero of the same size. I have to say these BFGs are excellent. There's a marked improvement in performance all across the spectrum. I highly recommend these tires.

Noisy

Bought a new set of theses one year ago. That were good until about 6k miles, now they are unbearable loud. Have had balance/ rotation completed twice in 8 months. Does not help. Tire prices have gone up very high, so to have a tire with great tread left but so noisy it is hard to bear is unacceptable.

Crack around thread

Have had these tires on several vehicles and my mother-in-law's vehicles. We all have had the same issue where the thread layer starts to crack. Tires are maintained properly. Great tires for rain but last about 2 years/15k miles before you start seeing cracks. Wouldn't recommend.
