Great meal substitute for anyone and especially those who need to watch their blood sugar, price was impossible to beat!

These taste pretty good. I guess an Atkins diet is defined as "saturated fat good". I'm just looking for a high protein meal replacement or in between snack. Th 8g is too high and moved to another bar that has more protein and 1/2'the sat fat.

I eat one of these for breakfast most days with my coffee and I love them! They are filling and healthy...I will never be without them. I really appreciate Sam's larger box and great price on these, too!

Strict keto wasn't doing so well for me so I switched to dirty keto an have been doing great been dropping 4-5 pounds a month. The taste is pretty good however chewy for my taste I only get through half of a bar.

I've done Atkins off and on for several years. They have a lot of good bars and this is near the top in my opinion. This one is rich and can be hard to finish for my wife. But I love it and drink lots of water to cut the richness.
