This is the best Turkey Sausage or any sausage I have eaten, just the right amount of spice without all that nasty greasy taste beef sausage has and it actually tastes great. You want a full flavored sausage without the fat then eat this.

We chop it while frozen into 6th. We cook it in the microwave and sear it in a pan. Makes a tasty breakfast meat. I also will remove the casing and chop the contents up with green and red pepper, some cheese and scramble eggs. Served with some marinara makes the best Italian omelet. I have moved now and they do not carry it here
