This product may have been on its last leg. Most of the sprouts had dark spots in them which I had to cut off of each one.

Always good. This particular package had more smaller Brussels which are harder to cut in half when roasting or frying.

The picture shown on the website is not what you get. Those original organic ones were great. Of these, the size is the first thing. All were of fairly uniform size, originally about the size of the last joint on my thumb, about 3/4" across. After removing the tough leaves, they became about half of that, 3/8", about the size of the last joint on my pinky.That was before cutting them in half for roasting. And I have small hands for a man. They were about 2 lbs 3 oz to begin with, but lost at least half to removing leaves and throwing away the ones that had cabbage worms in them. I have Sam's deliver, so, if I had been in the store and seen their original size, I wouldn't have bought them. Don't think I'll try them again.

Probably really good but they got pushed back in the fridge and were bad my fault!

Have never been disappointed with Brussels sprouts from Sam's. Always fresh and delicious.
