I bought these last week and the majority of them were too small to cook up. I was only able to use maybe 10% of the entire bag.

Bring back the regular Brussels Sprouts that are fresher and taste better than these organic ones which are too sulfuric in taste. Fresh Brussels Sprouts when roasted have a sweet taste when I roast these, they come out very bitterand sour.
