Treadwear Issues

Currently have 230k miles on my truck, and have had LTX's on the truck ever since replacing the OEM at around 30k miles. I was constantly getting around 50k miles out of a set of tires. I change out the tires to these, and at 27k miles they have to be replaced already. These were more money than the LTX's, but definitely will not be putting these on the truck again.

Tires saved someone's life today

I purchased these tires a week ago. Today I had a driver turn left in front of me coming from the opposite direction. I slammed on the brakes and these tires stopped me, while I think my older tires would have had me running over the poor chap. I hope I never have to test these tires again. But I am amazed at their gripping power.

Always like Michelin

Reviewed several brands for my Mercedes Sprinter. I do a lot of highway driving and I always look to getting a quiet and smooth ride. These tires do both. My past experience with Michelin tires is great value as I always got mega miles out of these. Others say no, but maybe it is the way they drive or keep their tires inflated or rotated? I can only speak for myself when I say I always seem to lean toward Michelin.

Best year-round tire

Installed these 4 tires at end of last summer and drove ever since. I am delighted with the performance even in the snow. The BIG deal; No more seasonal change-over of wheels (lifting them in and out of the car twice a year to drive to the dealership). I recommend them to my friends and family.

sloppy handling

got 6 tires back in oct for my transit 350 hd, after 3 months of use during the winter season i can tell u that during windy days my van was getting pushed around on freeway @50mph n up which is scary considering these tires were recommended for my van. i feel like the traction on tires don't really fit the minimum requirements, my factory tires never had this kind of severe issue. would not be buying same tires for this vehicle.

e dubs, we'd like to get involved to get more information. We'd suggest having the tires inspected by the selling retailer (if possible). Have them contact us while you are there are the store so that we can come up with a solution.

Great tires when pulling a camper

45,000 mile for these tires on my Ram 3500 DRW. Pull over 6000 miles the summer with our camper out west with no problems. Extremely satisfied with the performance. Only reason I am replacing them now is a road hazard side wall puncture on 1 tire doesn’t make sense to not replace all. Going back with Aglis Crossclimate.

Michelin Agilis

I bought these tires for my 2017 F350 and replaced the Goodyears that came stock on it.Absolutely tickled with these tires. Smooth ride and they have a solid feel. My in town MPG went up .5 mpg am and Highway mpg went up 1.5 mph. Last weekend I was in some heavy rain in Western Oregon. No hydroplaning. I am very pleased with these tires. I recently retired from 40 years of truck driving, Michelin was always my preferred tire then and these tires continue the excellence.

Best for towing and great in snow, ice, rain

Purchased these tires for my 21 Ram 2500 CC 4wd. I'm a hotshotter out of Texas.. Tires are about 1 year old. My truck has my 40ft flatbed (7k empty to 16k loaded) hooked to it 98% of the time. Stock factory firestones lasted 26k. The Agilis tires are stiffer( its a commercial tire people) but for good reasons. I've put 81,000 miles on them in 1 year. I was up north this past winter. These tires are excellent in snow, ice(white out), and wet pavement. Never had a issue stopping or running up and down mountains. I probably could get another 10k or more out of them, if I would have gotten a alignment. it's been out for 4 months. I rotated them every oil change 15k. ran 65-70psi in front and 80psi rear. I am going to order a new set tomorrow. If you haul or do alot of towing get the Agilis. BTW they are very quiet.

Excellent for F350

I had LTX A/T2 in my 2017 F350 with 18,000 miles (from factory). The LTX perform well during the summer, but slippery on the mountains in Oregon when close to freezing and snow with empty bed. This winter season I switched to Agilis CrossClimate; what a difference. These really perform well in the wet/snow conditions.

Not good for commercial van !

We are a group of drivers/friends of 5 that owns Ram ProMaster doing expediting, that means in average 3500 miles per week..most of us used Michelin Defender LTX 225/75/R 16, and 4 of us reached or passed 180,000 miles, except one of our friend that he reached 215,000 but he was rotating weekly and he wasn't put loads over 2,500 lbs on his van, and even we all reached to that unbelievable performance the tires still looks much better than Agilis CrossClimate at 50,000 miles..very disappointing, and if we can't find Defender LTX anymore we going to switch to Firestone Transforce...waste of money and I don't understand why they took it out from the market, maybe because they were way to good for Michelin to make profits
