Aid to digestion. A single tablet is too strong for me, cut all my tablets in half and take at night. Very rarely do I take an additional 1/2 tablet in the morning. .

I take this at night and it was a little rough to begin… After about a week of daily use it’s worked well for me , although it says not for daily use … I won’t , however , be providing any pictures !

Amazing results but you must find the correct dosage (I’m at 1/2 a cap) or you’ll blame the prune pill. Most people are ok with 1 cap at bed time.
