This is my 2nd arcade1up cabinet and it didn't disappoint. Unlike other reviewers that gave the support rating, I did not see a stool or a sign in the description anywhere so I'm just happy to get the game for $199 versus $299. For over $100 off you can have the cheap stool and sign I wouldn't hang in my basement arcade anyways. The game is just like I remember playing and wasting so many dollars in the arcade on. The best thing about it is it's free to play now and my son enjoys it as much as I did. Although with the retro gaming he still seems to have issues... Silly young kids never know what it was like to be in a real arcade growing up.

The description states that this comes with the stool and sign. It does not.

says comes with sign and stool but it does not. Lying to the customers.

Product description stated it came with sign and stool. Prior to purchase on 12/15.2022, I called customer service to confirm that it did which they confirmed, it did. Yet what I receveid DID NOT come with a sign and stool. Unacceptable. If I could give no stars, I would. I've noticed today that Sam's CLub has revised the description to not include a sign and stool but it's too late for me. I'll never buy anything again from Sam's Club!!!!!!!

When I ordered this game console on December 15th, 2022, the website description stated it came with a pub style gaming stool. The original photos depicted the gaming stool as well. This item was sent as a Christmas gift to my grandchildren. I was stunned to hear they did not receive the stool in the package and my son photographed the box showing the content list of the box and the stool is not listed. I logged into my Sam's account to review my purchase and verify the description on Dec 26th and the gaming stool is no longer listed as being included in the description. Thank you I guess for at least fixing the description - but what about the people who purchased the item thinking they were getting the gaming stool? It's still a neat little game and it seems A LOT smaller (including riser) than the photos showed. I don't know if I'd want to recommend this to a friend or not. I want to say these were going for about $139 just 2 - 3 years ago without the stool, when I was looking at them for one of my younger kids and instead bought the Pac-Man pub style gaming table (that allows 2 players to sit at the table at opposite sides and play against each other) and had A BUNCH of Pac-Man themed games to play.
