Not really cheese. Low on flavor heavy on whatever is used to keep the shredded cheese separated. Powdery...no chees flavor.

The price you pay for 2 one pound bags is fantastic. I have paid the same for less amount in one bag at other grocery stores.

Okay for cheese. I don't know what is wrong with the southeast, have you never heard of medium cheddar?

With our hungry crew, we got into the 2nd package before our vacation was up. Lots of after pool snacks helped. Good flavor.

We use a lot of cheddar cheese in the double packs, but will not be buying the Members Mark brand anymore. When you open the package, it smelled terrible - like Limburger cheese - and we had to throw it out.

I have bought this product at least 3 or times. If you don’t use the cheese within a few days of purchasing the product it will spoil way before expiration day stated on package. This has happened more than twice.

Cheese is fine as always. What the heck have you done to the zip top? Impossible to close after opening, usually spend several minutes trying to line up the grooves on the zip top. Spend the extra few pennies per bag Sam’s and give us back a bag that seals properly!

There is a strange dry powdery substance on the cheese. I think it's so the cheese doesn't stick together but it's way too much. If the cheese is put in something that isn't hot like salad it has a dry powdery taste. If melted it's fine but eaten out of the bag of put on something cold it doesn't really taste like cheese

This mild cheddar is so good, I use it for so many different dishes and it is a great value
