I purchased this strictly because it said it was made with no carrageenan (which can cause problems in people with IBS). That labeling is/was incorrect as it does contain carrageenan and it did cause stomach problems for me.

I don’t what they’ve changed in the past three months but this is not the same product. The fat is congealed and come out in clumps. It does not whip up.

I love that this heavy cream does not have carrageenan (which is a known inflammatory) as an additive. The price is amazing and I'm happy with the ingredients list given the alternatives.

This whipping cream has never failed me. It whips quite nicely. It has never been chunky or separated. I have used it in numerous dishes from quiche to ganache to whipped cream and ice cream.

Long shelf life and makes great homemade whipped cream. Super easy to make with a stand mixer and I love that I'm able to adjust sweetness. So many chemicals and additives in the canned stuff. Just add a cup or so of heavy cream, a splash of vanilla (or other flavoring) and about a teaspoon of sugar (adjust to taste). Turn mixer on with whisk attachment until it stiff peaks and done. Perfect to dip strawberries, put on morning pancakes w/ sprinkles, or make desserts with.

We've tried Member's Mark Heavy Whipping NUMEROUS times, and the majority of the time we get it (70% of the time), it is chunky. It doesn't smell foul or like it has turned, but it's like it has been shaken up and it began to firm up. We're to the point now where we will not purchase this anymore because you can't measure it well, use it well, etc. Very disappointing!

My order was cancelled after checking in because the person bringing out orders confused mine with another & said that they had discussed cancelling the order in the parking lot. When I called to ask why I received a text that my order was cancelled, I was told the person couldn't find me in the car and also that they had discussed cancelling the order with me at the car. Obviously the person was lying to have 2 totally different stories. THAT WAS NOT ME!! When I explained that the person was mistaken, I was told the order was cancelled and there's no way to reinstate it so I would have to enter the store to purchase my items. I explained that I'm handicapped and that's why I use the curbside pickup but this didn't change anything.
