Great flavor

I still have one in my fridge from recent purchase. Ingredients are cream and gellum gum that's it. Now they've added carageenan which is a known irritant and allergen and carcinogen. So disappointed you ruined a favorite item

Bought two containers, it poured as thin as water. Texture and mouthfeel were definitely lacking - this might as well have been skim milk. It did not whip well.

Heavy cream should be just that and nothing else. Claims to NOT have carrageenan in it, but it does. (tried to attach a picture but wouldn't upload) INGREDIENTS: Cream, milk , less than 1% carrageenan, mono- and dyglycerides, cellulose gum, polysorbate 80

This used to be the only heavy cream that did not contain polysorbate 80. Infact. It also did not have carrageen. It had only cream and one gum used as a stabilizer. I was pleased. Bought four cartons each time I went in the club. Today i was going to buy some for pick up and read the label to confirm.... Nope. Now theyve added all the harmful ingredients that every other heavy cream in all the other stores have. I'm very sorry to say im badly disappointed. Sam's, you had a good thing going. Why ruin it?

Lumpy….either over mixed or guar gum lumpy. Every time I buy. No other brand does this.

If you’re looking for heavy whipping cream, this is the place to buy it. Cheaper than the other warehouse clubs!

I use this to make Alfredo sauce. I've also used it in making homemade caramel sauce. It does what it's supposed to do.
