love this brand

I grew up on this brand of Salmon. It's still as I remembered it. You have to work with it before you cook it. Allow time for that. I always remove the bones, skin, and brown gunk. I reserve the juice and end up with the good 'pink' salmon. Makes great salmon patties. My mom would fix this any time of day but especailly on weekend breakfast - 1 can of salmon cooked it in skillet with own juice until the moisture is almost gone then add 4-6 eggs, salt, & pepper. Serve on a bed of rice and yummy. Feeds 4-6 people. Great to save and reheat in microwave for breakfast or dinner. $10 for 4 cans is a good price now a days when 1 can at WalMart is $4.50
