I’m a truck driver and these things are good and healthy the yogurt drinks are good and 20 grams of protein the smoothies are good too but add water to mine to mellow out the sweetness (I’m a type 2 diabetic)

Breakfast on the go, or a protein boost for a snack or at meal time. No chalky or weird texture. Just pure goodness! A staple in my home for the teens who “aren’t hungry” and our whole in the go fam.

Nice yogurt has a good taste and makes you fill full.
