Tasty yogurt option to get you going in the morning or fill the void between meals. I was looking for an on-the -go yogurt that wouldn’t send my guy into overdrive, so far so good. Only warning is that you take the time to shake throughly.

I got these on sale at Sams. I didn't realize they were lactose free until I tried the 1st one so that was a bonus. Slightly chalky but I got over that. It was a perfect snack for work.

Second best version of a protein yogurt drink on the market. Oikos pro has more protein in less volume. Both tast goid. Both lack in flavor varieties. Chobani strawberry and mixed berry are very goid and flavors Oikos lacks.
